Debian Installer string freeze status
First of all, the string freeze continues. The schedule is delayed by
2 days up to 07/26 00:00 because of recent partman changes.

We currently have 12 complete languages:

17 nearly complete (over 95%):
sq, fi, el, ro, hu, es, zh_CN, ru, pt, pl, nn, nl, lt, ko, id, ca, bs
8 partly complete (over 80%)

2 in progress

2 stucked

2 in stats but no more translator working on them

2nd stage completeness is also quite good (this part needs indeed some
rewamping because some stuff there is far less important : translating
base-config debconf is high priority while shadow program translation
is low priority)
