Comments/Problems:
Great! Major improvements over Beta2. Far better usability for newbies.

For me this was the first time I used partman. Excelent tool.
I encountered one - in my view - fairly serious problem, one a bit less
important problem and have some usability suggestions.
Note: I ran the install 2 times and the errors were reproduced.

My second harddisk was already partitioned and formated (as listed above).
I wanted to do the following:
- reformat hdb6 as ext3 and mout as /
- mount existing hdb7 (ext3) as /home (keep data)
- reuse hdb8 as swap
I chose the method 'partition with custom settings'.

*** Problem: error when reusing hdb7 ***
For hdb7 I selected the the following options:
- Usage method: use existing format
- Mount point: /home
- other options: default

After 'finish partitioning and write changes', hdb6 was formatted correctly.
After that, d-i should just mount hdb7 on home, but I got the following messages:
- First dialog
This ext2 filesystem has a rather strange layout! Parted can't resize this (yet).
- Second dialog
Test of file system with type ext3 in partition #7 of ide1 slave found uncorrectable
errors. If you do not go back and correct, the partition will not be used.

Note: _ext2_ in first dialog is _not_ a type; it really said 2
(no wonder layout is strange ;-)

In second dialog I selected 'yes' (to correct errors), but this did _not_ return me
to partman. Instead D-I continued with 'Installing Debian Base'.
After installation the partition _was_ mounted normally (no data loss).

*** Problem: swap not in fstab (and not) mounted after installation ***
For hdb8 I selected the default option presented: 'Use existing'

However, after installation there was no entry in fstab for a swap partition
(and of course no swap mounted).

*** Usability suggestions ***
The current dialogs, especially in the beginning, give the suggestion that the only
function of partman is _partitioning_ and not also the selection of mountpoints.
This confused me at first.

I think this could be improved a lot with changes like:
'partition with custom settings'
-> 'partition disks and/or mount partitions with custom settings'
'finish partitioning and write changes'
-> 'finish partitioning, write changes (if any) and mount partitions'
