Not sure about a sunblade, but I think the general advice would be:

# Enable serial console via port A or B
ok  setenv input-device tty[a|b]
ok  setenv output-device tty[a|b]
ok  reset
# Power off and unplug monitor and keyboard.

# Enable screen/keyboard
ok  setenv input-device keyboard
ok  setenv output-device screen
ok  reset
# Power off and plug in monitor and keyboard.

# RS232 settings: 9600 bps, 8N1 (8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit), no 
flow control.
