Bug#259407: network-console: zlib1g-udeb missing from (i386) CD images

Today I tried using network-console after an installation from the i386
netinst CD. sshd complained of missing libz.so.1.
From /var/log/syslog:
anna[4115]: DEBUG: resolver (zlib1g): package doesn't exist (ignored)
main-menu[500]: DEBUG: resolver (zlib1g): package doesn't exist (ignored)
$ find /cdrom -name zlib1g*
/cdrom/pool/main/z/zlib/zlib1g_1.2.1.1-3_i386.deb
So the .deb is there, but the .udeb is missing.
The udeb will be needed for the ssh-client component as well.

- netinst CD sid_d-i 20040712
