Bug#239478: marked as done ([i386] [beta3] [netinst] fails to install kernel, mkinitrd problem with Mylex RAID Controller)

Comments/Problems:

After setting up the system the installer stops telling "Unable to
install the selected kernel".

Looking at the logs in the third console, i see that error:

/usr/sbin/mkinitrd: constituent device /dec/disc0/part1 does not exist
Failed to create inirtd image.

I'm closing this bug since AFAIK the problems with mylex raid controller
and other raid controllers were fixed for beta4 of the installer. We'd
appreciate retrys with the current version of the installer if you can,
to make sure it works.
