Severity: normal

My test laptop has firewire, and discover1 doesn't load the controller.
It's this item in lspci:

0000:02:0a.0 FireWire (IEEE 1394): VIA Technologies, Inc. IEEE 1394 Host Co=
ntroller (rev 80)

And this in lspci -n:

0000:02:0a.0 Class 0c00: 1106:3044 (rev 80)

hotplug loads the ieee1394 module for it, and it seems to work, though I
have no firewire devices to test it with.
