Install base system: [O]
Install boot loader: [E]
Reboot: [O]

Comments/Problems:
It failed to detect that it would be a good idea to insert the tg3 module
(I think, on this point my memory is a bit hazy), after a manual modprobe
the manual network config went fine.

It also failed to detect that loading the cciss module was a good idea.
When that module was loaded the raid device turned up fine as a disk.

Then I tried to do an lvm install, only to be greeted by "no physical
volumes available" (paraphrased from memory) no matter what I did. So I
went for a guided partition creaton and then converted the large /home to
an lvm2 physical volume after the install.

Installing the boot loader failed with grub claiming not being able to
install to "hd0" (whatever it meant by that). Installing lilo from the
menu worked fine though.

As you can see above both these devices are correctly listed in
discover1-data's pci.lst. I'm closing the cloned report on
discover1-data. Are you sure you use the latest version of
discover1-data in the amd64 iso's?
