Bug#255092: partman: should allow resizing at head and tail

Package: partman
Version: 22
Severity: wishlist

When I resize a partition and it ends up using less space, partman
should give the option to cut the space off at the head or at the
tail, so that the same results as deleting and recreating can be
achieved.
