Please note that www.be.kernel.org points to more than 1 server
and only one of them has it.  The url you should be using if you
want to use that mirror is:
bytekeeper.as28747.net/amd64/alioth/install-images/


There is also an other mirror on:
bach.hpc2n.umu.se/install-images/
