Hi,

Debian Bug Tracking System wrote:

list,
| which was filed against the debian-installer package.

|
| d-i bugs are scatered amoung the appropriate udebs in the bts for
| developer's, not user's, convenience.

1. The problem wasn't in the BTS, that's the whole point of my report.

2. I was under the mistaken belief that both the main debian website and
the bug tracking system was available to users specifically so they
could use it to help solve their own problems and discover existing bugs
that had already been reported. After all, developers' time is wasted by
identical bug reports, so users are expected to read the existing list.

By all means close the bug, but from my perspective your reply doesn't
fix the problem at all, which was never more that minor.

CT.
