Bug#243606: marked as done (debian-installer: Known bugs on website don't appear in this list)

Althought bugs such as "known problems with RAID controllers" appears on the
debian website, they don't seem to be present in the bugs database, which
in my case led to a frustrating evening when I checked the bugs database
and found no such problems.

d-i bugs are scatered amoung the appropriate udebs in the bts for
developer's, not user's, convenience.
