Bug#251662: os-prober does not detect mounted partitions

This was reported in -boot.
It seems that, though #247080 is supposed to have been fixed, it is not
currently.
So, opening another bug....this will be tested soon.
BTW, joey was asking whether you used a sarge_d-i or sid_d-i version of the
installer. Which doesn't really matter anyway as the #247080 bug is supposed
to have been fixed a while ago and should be fixed in both. Obviously it is
not.
