Can you please download a new image from
http://gluck.debian.org/cdimage/testing/sarge_d-i/

Can you try to boot this.  If the keyboard does not work, can you
please enter linux26 on the boot prompt, this will give you the 2.6
kernel.  Can you also try booting with: linux noapic nolapic
(and maybe: linux26 noapic nolapic).  Do any of these work?  Which do?
