- When creating a VG, don't complain that the VG exists already
merely when another VG exists which contains the name of the
new one (that is, if the name of the new one is a subset of the

- Print an error if a new VG name overlaps with an existing
device. Closes: #245700
- When creating a LV, set the maximum available size as the
default. Closes: #246883
- Accept common terms for disk sizes, such as MB, and convert
them into something LVM understands.
- After setting up VGs and no PVs are available for more VGs,
go back to the main menu and default to the LV menu. Closes:

- Similarly, go to "leave" when there is no more free space after
setting up LVs.
