reassign 246700 anna
thanks

More information about this:

(IRC copy/paste)

bubulle	joeyh: is os-prober supposed to output something when run at command-line?
joeyh	bubulle: list of oses found
bubulle	just "os-prober" alone?
joeyh	you sould wait until partitioning ot run it, when the disk is detected
bubulle	this is what I did....and it doesn't ouput anything
joeyh	looks at the enormous amount of beta4 errata
bubulle	"lsmod|grep ntfs" gives nothing.
joeyh	bubulle: no, Can you modprobe ntfs?
bubulle	joeyh: I tried. No module of that name.
bubulle	Looks like it is missing....:-(
joeyh	well it's in a udeb on the CD
joeyh	is not suprised to see that this was not actually tested
bubulle	How can I load this udeb. I found it.
joeyh	all kernel module udebs should be automatically loaded by anna
bubulle	I'm sorry, I should have made these tests earlier
bubulle	can I load one on command line?
joeyh	udkg -i
joeyh	udpkg -i
bubulle	silly me..:-)
bubulle	OK. after modprobing the module, the OS is detected.
bubulle	I guess I should reassign this bug to anna?
joeyh	I don't know why anna would choose to not load one kernel module udeb and correctly load others..

So, the bug is indeed the ntfs not being loaded properly by anna,
afaik.
