Hi, and thanks for your report.Do you know by chance which kernel version was used on the Knoppix and Fedora installations which worked for you? Also, could you try with a more recent (nightly) installer build and see if the problem is still there with newer kernel versions. There is also an option to install using a 2.6 kernel with recent installer builds, does that alleviate the problem?
