Comments/Problems:

Booting with the "linux" image was possible. During hardware detection, the
system assigned ide-disk driver, which is perfectly ok, but after loading
that driver, lots of "hda: interrupt lost" messages appeared in the logs and
the system became very unresponsive.Using the linux26 image instead, booting
was ok, also hard drive detection, but the installer was unable to detect my
ide cdrom drives. Trying on the console, I noticed that the kernel module
ide-cd was not loaded, I manually added it, but when switching back to the
installers console (Alt+F1), there only appeared vertical lines on the
screen and no correct image, so proceeding with the installation was not
possible.Switching between consoles worked with the 2.4 image.Alltogether, I
was not able to get the system installed using the installer, expert images
didn't help either.
