disable bterm for most sparc systems
Bterm does not work on any sparc system with an sbus or upa bus
framebuffer. It should work on sparc systems with pci bus
framebuffers or internal framebuffers on some pci based systems. See
bug 245620 for details, the sbus frame-buffer code is not compatable
with bterm.
This means bterm should not be used on any sparc32 system, and can
only be used on some sparc64 systems.
If use of bterm can't be conditionalized, I think it should be
completly disabled on sparc.
