I just made a couple changes to kbd-chooser which makes it useful again on m68k. A week or so ago a change was made to the ADB detection logic which causes m68k/mac (2.2 kernel) to always fail to install a mac keymap. In addition, a bug in the m68k at keyboard detection caused it to show up on subarchs it didn't belong on. I foolishly hadn't tracked this down yet because it didn't cause me any problems. Combine these two bugs, and m68k/mac always installs the at keymap. It seems the latter bug also causes m68k/amiga to install the at keymap. (I'm not sure this is the whole fix, because I can't test it.) The only two working subarchs on m68k install the wrong keymap and cannot use the keyboard for input thereafter. It would be nice if kbd-chooser 0.51 could make it into beta 4, at least for m68k. Thanks, Stephen -- Stephen R. Marenka If life's not fun, you're not doing it right! <stephen@marenka.net>
