Hi,

I don't know what's happen (udpkg or cdebconf?) and hope this is known
bug and already is fixed.

But localized templates in dynamic loaded component packages won't be
used.

1. Boot CD.
2. Set language as Japanese (or French, Chinese, ...)
3. kbd-chooser, discover shows in Japanese.
4. netcfg, base-installer, partman, grub-installer are loaded from CD
and launched. But these messages are in English. Of course I
checked udeb files had localized templates.

I found /var/lib/cdebconf/templates.dat has only English messages, not
localized messages. IMHO udpkg or cdebconf has something bad
thing. Before to release d-i beta4, this should be fixed.

Thanks,
