I requested help on "linux-ppc-jp" and I received this answer.
Default kernel configuration of Build in Ethernet Module is comment out.
Kernel source description is "# CONFIG_GMAC is not set".
To use ethernet module installing, or doing, rebuild of kernel is necessity.
I manually install module and using command "modconf" but command not found.
How can I add Ethernet module manually?
Built in Ethernet was not detected by Debian Installer.While this reason
cannot continue install from network. 3.0r2 kernel including Build in
Ethernet module and Ethernet was autodeted.

Linux Root Partition was formated Reser FS and install correctly. But
reboot and Linux kernel panic because kernel cannot mount Reiser FS.
Linux root file system was linux native seems to be OK.
About ReiserFS is not contain kernel.Kernel souce description is
"CONFIG_REISERFS=m".
"initrd.img" loded correct ReiserFS can mount.
Probably this module cannot load and cause kernel panic.
