Comments/Problems:
The install went well, the problem I had is with network configuration : I
couldn't skip the ethernet card configuration, so I had to configure it,
which was not needed in my case (ADSL Ethernet modem). The settings for
the default gateway the DNS server has been a problem : I put a default
gateway and a DNS server, which then conflicted with my provider's DNS. I
had to remove it in /etc/resolv.conf and to remove the default gateway in
/etc/network/interfaces before continuing. I think that the network card
configuration should be optional, and it would be great to be able to run
pppoeconf automatically (I had to launch it by hand).
I was also confused with pcmcia, since as I remember from my woody
install, I had the choice of removing it, which wasn't the case in sarge.
I had problems with tasksel : after moving the arrow (left or right), the
selection was on finish and in the menu. Then, pressing return or space
exits instead of selecting the package. I then relaunched tasksel and
avoided the problem, but it is not convenient : it would probably not be
difficult to ask the user to confirm quitting.
Apart from this, I really enjoyed the new installer.
