I didn't see this option. I guess that's because I chose to "mount existing partitions" and not "partition a disk" .NOTE 3: I wanted to re-format the HFS the bootstrap partition. I don't think I found the HFS format in the list of available fs. I'll double-check that later on."Use this partition as a NewWorld boot partition".
The HFS fs is ok anyway.
NOTE 4: yaboot config failed although the installer did correctly identify the bootstrap partition location. Failure could come from pb reported at (3). I am now investingating this.Failed in what way? If the installer correctly identified the bootstrap partition location then I don't think it's due to (3). If it falls over without a good error message during the "Probing for other operatingsystems" step, that was an os-prober bug and has been fixed in os-prober0.07.
os-prober version 0.06 ! => updating to a newer netinst CD
