Bug#244577: Beta3 installer only ask for 1 CD

When using the installer Beta3, then end of the process offers the
possibility to insert and scan some debian CDs, but once one CD is
scanned, it finishes the install process without asking for a second (
and/or third ) CD. Older installer used to ask CDs until the user
reports that all CDs have been scanned.
