In the "Regional and Language Options" in Microsoft Windows XP's "Control Panel",
"Chinese (Taiwan)" is in the list of "Standards and formats"
And "Taiwan" is in the list of "Location".
Was Microsoft Windows XP banned by the China government?
Did mainland Chinese people refuse to use Microsoft Windows XP?
