Bug#242321: debian-installer: Keyboard layout (de_CH) not used for generating XF86Config

During installation, Debian installer asks about the keyboard layout to use. And that works fine. After installation, I really have that layout, but I always have to edit XF86Config-4 to replace "us" with my decision (which, in my case, is de_CH).
