Cool, now we have a oldwolrd pmac developer officially involved.

I just uploaded rsrce, and will see what i can do about the miboot
package tomorrow. Once that is done, we have official oldworld pmac
support, and we can go in a round of testing.

And i will investigate the use of addRamDisk.c for building kernels with
builtin initrd instead of the current solution i was planed to commit.
