Bug#239752: debian-installer: small typo in Norwegian translation

I think the translation for "downloading components" early in
the install said "laster ned kompenter" or something like that.
I can't claim to be sure to know the nynorsk spelling, but in
bokmål it should probably be "komponenter", not "kompenter".
