Hmm, I can't seem to glean it with dhcp-client or dhcp3-client's dhclient
either :-(

I've used a couple of live CD's recently (can't remember if it was Knoppix,
Gentoo or SuSe), and at least one of them managed to do it, so I'll have to
attempt to reverse-engineer how, and get back to you.
