Comments/Problems:
We tried a 'normal' installation and all went fine, then we tried an 'expert'
installation using LVM.
The problems we found are:
1. the pvcreate was called by the partitioner only for the first disk, even
when I created partitions of type LVM on the other two disks.
2. inside the /target tree there were not VG/LV devices in /dev so the
kernel install did not succeed.
Bye,
Giuseppe and Kevin_
