This is a pure netboot d-i, which consists of a kernel and the initrd
builtin.
The powerpc kernel don't automount devfs by default, as the final system
will run those also, but not use devfs.
So, if you have any hint how to create a kernel with built-in initrd,
and being able to set additional kernel options, i would indeed be very
interested in this.
Alternatively, we could build the initrd with userdevfs or whatever, and
get ride of the devfs requirement in the kernel.
