Comments/Problems:
Because netcfg wasn't executed, second stage goes missing support for
network.

1. Run from CD as normal mode.
2. discover find pcnet32.
3. But d-i menu shows only partman and grub-installer. DHCP setting
   wasn't called.
4. On second stage, I choice FTP/HTTP mirror... Yes, because
   /etc/network/interfaces is empty, network can't be used.

(when I choose manually network setup on first stage, it works)

I think something wrong exists around calling netcfg menu.

The problem with netcfg being skipped has been fixed. It was a menu
ordering bug exposed by recent changes in main-menu.=20
