I believe it is ehci-hcd, at least sarge loads both uhci and ehci-hcd for
the usb on this machine.
Yes, having a look at Documentation/usb/ehci.txt in the kernel one can read:
The EHCI driver is used to talk to high speed USB 2.0 devices using
USB 2.0-capable host controller hardware. ...
So it is that one.
