Bug#233532: installation-reports: problem in mounting partitions with CCISS

Thank you for this information, but I think this is only a small subset
of the solution about system equipped with the CCISS controller.

I spent two days testing with this machine and I think that d-i is
absolutely *not* ready for such a machine:

1. the installer cannot mkfs the partitions
2. the LVM is still not working
3. grub doesn't work on this device
4. the DHCP isn't working correctly
