Both problems are (afaik) related to version dependency problems with 
the netboot floppydisks. LILO isn't succesfully started because of the 
missing kernel package. And with the newer daily-images the IDE 
partitioner (or the drivers, I haven't looked at it) are not loaded 
because of the same problem.
