install stage.

1. Choose language
2. Choose keymap
3. When I choose "Japanese" for keymap, something wrong happen.
   Installer backs menu and is set "Select a keyboard layout".
   I tried again, but same happen.

   Virtual terminal 4 only repeats "tail /var/log/syslog: No such file or
   directory"
