Hmm, it is marked Architecture: all in debian/control and has a
binary-indep target. I do see the C file, but this package needs a
little bit of work then.

I've found that the easiest way to deal with that is delete the po files
and re-update.

Here is the procedure I use:

1. cvs up
2. change UNRELEASED to unstable
3. build the packages
4. commit
5. tag the release
6. upload
