Bug#225968: cdebconf: Dialog-like interface incorrectly sets window width for select questions

This shows up for instance with the kbd-chooser dialog for choosing a
keyboard layout, when using french as language.
French uses "Revenir en arrière" for the "Back" button.
On small width windows, this wraps over the "Continue" button.
It looks like the window width only depends on the choices list width for
select-type questions. The width of the buttons text is not considered for
calculating the window width.
