There's no difference in writing between nl_NL and nl_BE; at least not
officially. This is due to the 'Taal unie', or 'Language Union', an
official body with both Flemish (Belgian) people and people from the
Netherlands which produces the official spelling rules for both nl_NL
and nl_BE. Spelling rules that have been changed two times in the last
century, but that's a different matter entirely ;-)

Of course, an individual translator from the Netherlands would probably
produce a different translation as compared to one from Belgium;
however, officially, those are dialect differences.

Apart from NL and BE, Dutch is also being spoken in Suriname, and
possibly other countries, though I wouldn't know which ones.

In analogy with other countries, I think you should write this one in
English, not in Dutch. That's 'The Netherlands'.
