Bug#221046: bootfloppy-image, proxy, without CD



reassign 221046 cdrom-detect
retitle 221046 cdrom-detect doesn't allow install from net w/o having a CD

I think this has been fixed in the meantime.

Looking at the code, it seems this is still the case.  Reassigning to
cdrom-detect.
