Bug#224227: debian-installer: Need to loading unifont of full-version

A few monthes ago, I reported to debian-boot@lists.debian.org, that
d-i needs to reload unifont of full-version after installing dynamic
installer components.

Dynamic installer components uses more and more glyphs than shrinked
glyphs in mini-root (especially CJK environments).

It is challenging to reload or restart terminal on the fly, but
is needed strongly for m17n.
