Bug#223388: find-partitions dosn't report the right type for 0x8E (LVM) partitions

| The 'find-partitions' program report nothing as type for partitions
| marked as type 0x8E (Linux LVM). This makes impossible to use lvmcfg for
| configure LVM in the new installer.

the "old" find-partitions program reported LVM if the partition has a
filetype of 0x8e. The new one detect the filesystem on it.

This will currently break lvmcfg. Either we change this back, of I must
try to check something myself for this.
