adding initrd-tools to powerpc netinst cds

Hi Manty

Could you please add the following packages to the powerpc netinst cds:

cramfsprogs
module-init-tools
initrd-tools

They are needed to create an initrd for booting a minimal kernel which
has most drivers compiled as modules. There will be such a kernel for
powerpc very soon now (kernel-image-2.4.22-powerpc-pmac-small).
