There is one problem, the choose-mirror.templates file is generated when
building and thus translators cannot easily work with this package, e.g.
w.d.o/intl/l10n/po-debconf/ and http://gluck.d.o/~barbier/d-i/l10n/
cannot provide up-to-date files.
A solution is to have this file shipped in the tarball.
