Bug#215324: another report of this

Putting boot on its own partition is not uncommon, I have raised the
severity of this bug report.

His system info from his install report, which is using a current image,
so this is apparently not fixed:

Method: Installed using two floppies mentioned above.  Installed sarge from
ftp.debian.org, no proxy used.

Processor: PR166+ (according to /proc/cpuinfo this is a CyrixInstead 6x86L 2x
     Core/Bus CLock at 132 Bogomips)
Memory: 32 MB
Root Device: IDE HDD, "hda", Fujitsu that miraculously has not failed
NIC Used for install: 8139too
Root Size/partition table:
