Bug#211128: Installer doesn't autoload eepro100

I read this to mean that the HW detection step is done correctly, but
the kernel modules are missing on the floppy.  This means that the
hw-detect package work as it should, and that this problem should be
fixed in the floppy build step when choosing kernel module udebs to
include on the floppy.
