Bug#215724: No CD eject button

Package: base-config
Version: 1.33.18

Problem:

I've tried to install Debian Linux 3.0r1 PPC on my Power Mac G4 (QuickSilver 2002) from a set of 7 CD disks. The basic install from the first CD works fine but when base-config asks me to scan the other CD:s for more packages to install I get into difficulty. There is no CD eject button on my mac model! There is of course an eject button on the Pioneer CD drive but it's completely hidden behind the front cover. The usual way to eject a CD from MacOS is to hit the eject button on the keyboard. That doesn't work in Linux (at least not on my Swedish keyboard). I've tried to use the eject command from another virtual console but the eject command has not been installed as part of basic install.

Suggestions:

1) Add support for the hardware eject button on the keyboard.

2) Add a software eject button in the base-config program.

3) Add the eject command to the the basic install and add a description in the installation manual of how to use this from another virtual console.
