If you could get the Timezone first, you might have a group of the
three or four most common languages in that timezone followed by
the full alphabetic list. So US Eastern time would have English, Spanish
and Portuguese as the top three, while GMT+1 would perhaps have
French, German, Arabic and perhaps a major south of the Sahara language.
