Yes, there is. Here is a first try on a priority list:
languagechooser
cdebconf
prebaseconfig
ddetect
base-installer
anna
main-menu
cdrom-retriever
net-retriever
cdrom-detect
kbd-chooser
netcfg
grub-installer
lilo-installer
partconf
partitioner
These packages are used on most installs. The other packages are are
more architecture dependent.

Eventually, I guess it might be interesting to translate the

If you got write access, it is OK to commit the translations directly.
Just remember to update the changelog, and add a new changelog entry
with 'UNRELEASED' as the suite if no such entry is already in CVS.
