This E-mail tells only about CVS modules.

The website CVS module is at
$ cat CVS/Root
:pserver:anonymous@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/webwml
For the installer
$ cat CVS/Root
:pserver:anonymous@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/debian-boot
$ cat CVS/Repository
debian-installer
This means that they have seperate authorisations,
your "web-account" will not work on the debian-installer.
As involved lurker on this list, I known that patches on po-files
that don't effect other peoples work, are usally applied soon.
So just send to debian-boot@lists.debian.org
